Shipping & Handling charges varies depending on these factors: size, weight, quantity, and location of merchandise to be delivered.
All orders take 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped from our warehouse.
Once we receive the money then the order is send to warehouse and they usually ships the product in about 2 days.
Once the product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you the tracking number and the pictures of the boxes that are shipped.
Client are responsible for shipping insurance unless clients requests Sachin Systems to cover the insurance for the packaged shipped
In case, the shipment is delayed or lost during the transit it is client's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
Sachin Systems Inc, is not responsible for the carrier mistakes.
All items are sold as-is, until and unless it is specified on the Invoice. Please contact email@example.com for any returns.
Warehouse rejects any return merchandise without RMA number.
If a return is accepted, a restocking fee of 25% per phone is charged.
If full payment for the invoice is not received within 24hrs invoice will be cancelled automatically.
Sachin Systems holds the right to cancel the invoice if full payment is not recevied regradless of the deposit that is made initially
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to : product availabilty, error in description of the product, error in your order even if we receive deposit. That deposit will be refunded or used for future Invoices.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
It is customers responsibility to check the product before leaving the logistics company. Once the product leaves the logistics company Sachin Systems Inc is not liable for any problems with the phones. We will not accept any returns.
